How To Share Access to a Water Account

1. Start on the Water Accounts Tab

Start on the Water Accounts Tab

2. Click on Manage Water Account

Select the water Account you want to share access to and open the water account manager.

Click on Manage Water Account

3. Click on Share Account Access…

Click on Share Account Access…

4. Click on Add Share Access

To invite someone new to share access to your water account start by clicking "add share access". You can edit or remove an individual's access to your water account at anytime using the edit and delete buttons. 

Click on Add Share Access

5. Enter Individual's Email and Set Access Permissions

Enter the name and email of the individual you want to have access to your account. Next, set their permission level as View Only or Manage. Granting management access allows the user to edit and make changes to the water account and farm map. 


If the individual does not already have a user profile on the Water Dashboard, they will be sent an email with a link to create a User Profile before they can view the Water Account.

6. Select the Parcels the Individual Will Have Access to

The permissions type applies to ALL selected parcels. You can filter and select parcels by GSA, and Field Group/Ranch.

Click on All


7. You Can Add, Edit, or Remove an Individual's Access at Anytime

Use the edit button (blue) to edit an existing user's access. Remove a user's access using the delete button (red).
