How To Add Parcels to a Water Account

You can add parcels to a water account in 3 ways. You can use more than one method - for example, you can transfer data from an ILRP member account and then use the search function to add additional parcels to the same water account. 

1. Transfer data from one or more Irrigated Lands Regulatory Program (ILRP) member account(s)

If you have a ILRP member account in the Kings River or Kaweah Water Quality Coalitions you can transfer your farm information from one or more ILRP member accounts to your Water Account. Transferring farm information from ILRP will save you time when creating a farm map on the Water Dashboard.

2. Search and add parcels from the map

Search for your farm on the map. To add a parcel to your account click on the parcel on the map and select add. Parcels that have been added to your account will appear on the list to the left of the map and will be highlighted on the map. 

3. Upload a list of parcels from an existing file

Use an existing excel workbook or list of parcels to add parcels to a water account. Download the template, copy your information into the template and upload the completed template files
